Kristy Kelley

Kristy has been with FiveCities Water Systems
for the past five years. She is our Office Administrator Extraordinaire!!! She is a personal aide to all of our customers in regards to their water purification equipment. She tracks when service is due for their equipment and then contacts them to set up a convenient appointment. Our customers basically don't have to worry about a thing, because of her conscientious and diligent attention to her position. If she misses you when phoning, she will leave a message, and if you don't get a chance to return her phone call, be assured, she will contact you again by phone and/or mail. She understands how busy we all get ( she's a mother of three! ).  
The motivating factor for her is to make sure that you have your equipment serviced so that you have the best quality water at all times. 
The only way to achieve this, is for your equipment to be serviced and the only way for that to happen is for her to be able to schedule it with you, so she will just keep trying.
She has a wonderful attitude, takes great pride in her work, and is as dependable as a person can be. She is always understanding, helpful, and courteous and our customers love her!
Water Bob is thankful for her, as she is a great help in all aspects of the office.
She helps make his job, as well as all the other employee's jobs much smoother and efficient.
She is that friendly voice who can help you get the answers to any water purification questions
you may have.
